The Red Cross of East Georgia is pleased to announced that the Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity raised $12,180 for our chapter. Miss Sorority Row, hosted by the Delta Sigs, was held on February 5th at Hugh Hodgson School of Music Performing Arts Center. Each spring, the brothers of the Theta Chi chapter support the American Red Cross by hosting this pageant where representatives from each Panhellenic sorority at the University of Georgia compete to be crowned Miss Sorority Row. The event alone brought in $11,000, which is the most successful in its eleven years of operation, plus some by various fundraising efforts of the fraternity members. These funds go directly to East Georgia’s disaster services and relief.
It is a great privilege that Delta Sigma Phi has chosen the Red Cross of East Georgia to be their National Philanthropy. We greatly appreciate all of your hard work!
On behalf of everyone here at the Red Cross of East Georgia, thank you!
